Galveo AI Pro, included with the Pro and Max plans, reasons more deeply for analysis, long texts and tricky problems, and a Think option lets it work a question through before answering. Galveo AI Max, on the Max plan, is the strongest level for the hardest questions and large projects.

A sensible touch is the automatic fallback: when your Galveo AI Max answers run out, Galveo AI Pro takes over, followed by the standard Galveo AI, and you are told with a short notice. Privacy and data protection: is Galveo AI safe?

Inviting friends earns extra free usage. Galveo AI Pro is a budget-friendly monthly upgrade with deeper reasoning, higher daily limits, longer answers and a year of chat history. Galveo AI Max is a mid-range monthly plan with the highest limits, the longest answers and chats kept until you delete them.

A yearly option is available at a discount, you can cancel at any time in Settings, and payments are handled by Paddle as merchant of record, which shows taxes before you pay and accepts major cards and local payment methods.

Galveo AI for Business: AI customer service that takes action

Galveo AI for Business is aimed at companies whose customers ask a lot of questions. It works as an AI chatbot on your website, in your app or inside your tools, and answers 24/7 in the language each customer writes in. Answers come from your own knowledge base, FAQ, help articles, product data and policies, in your business's name and tone.

What sets it apart from scripted chatbots is that it acts. Connected to your shop, booking system, CRM or helpdesk through their APIs, Galveo AI can update a delivery address, move an appointment or change account details. You decide what it may do on its own and what needs a person's approval, important changes are confirmed with the customer first, every action is logged, and your team can take over any conversation, receiving a short summary on handover. It can also draft email replies, summarise long tickets, triage requests and qualify leads.

Galveo sets Galveo AI up with you in four steps: a call about your needs, configuration with your knowledge and systems, testing with your team, and going live.
